Diamond uses not only accounts payable and accounts receivable in the current account, but also understand the importance of combined accounts - in one account - for partners. Depending on the closing balance these can be either receivables or payables, and Diamond will handle them correctly. Diamond will also allow bookings to be made, payments and reminders to be sent out, allow OI-adjustments using various filter functions or even export account statements to Excel and  more.

Diamond offers a wide range of standard queries, with an incredibly fast response time and in real-time thanks to the integrated function that immediately totals every booking for standard queries and accounts.  A drill-down function allows you to find detail information down to the single booking.

Import of account statements, ESR, generation of payment data files for the bank 

Account statements are directly imported into the bookkeeping via data transfer, including automatic OI-adjustment of the debtors with a recall ratio of 95-98%. DTA and other payment data files can be created with Diamond and be transmitted to your bank where an automatic OI-adjustment of the creditors takes place.

Practical Microsoft Office integration

Diamond offers you easy data export into your MS-office applications. Excel files as well as other data files can be generated in any customised format from Diamond.
